Buffalo raises the bar on customer support for businesses

24-hour delivery and no prepayment required for replacement HDDs

Londen, 4th April 2012 - Buffalo Technology, a global leader in the design, development and manufacturing of storage and wireless networking solutions, is today announcing a major improvement in its support for businesses using all products in its TeraStation storage range.

 

From today, if a customer needs to replace a hard disk drive (HDD), prepayment is no longer necessary and if the order is placed before 12 pm and in stock, shipment is dispatched the same day with a 24-hour delivery. Further increasing Buffalo’s commitment to its business customers, this service will also expand to fans and power supply for the forthcoming Buffalo TeraStation 12 bay product (TS7000).
